Photos  Badlands 9/2003  Minuteman [Back] [Next] Minuteman Inter-Continential Ballistic Missle base. Entire base is hardened and undergorund. Only fence and silo are above ground. This base has been de-commissioned and has been transferred to National Park control. The National Park Service plans on renovating two bases and opening them as attractions. 9/28/2003
